How to measure your custom forged aluminum billet wheel bolt pattern:

Bolt pattern or bolt circle is the diameter of an imaginary circle formed by the centers of the custom billet wheel lugs which are found on the custom wheel itself. Bolt patterns can have 3, 4, 5, 6, 7,- or 8-lug holes. A bolt circle of 5x114.3 would indicate a 5-lug pattern on a circle with a diameter of 114.3mm. A bolt circle of 5x5 would indicate a 5-lug pattern on a circle with a diameter of 5 inches.

4-lug bolt patterns are measured in a straight line from center to center of the two bolt holes directly across from each other.

5-lug bolt patterns are a little trickier to measure since the bolt holes aren’t directly across from each other. You can estimate the measurement unless accurately measured using a bolt pattern gauge.

6-lug bolt patterns are measured in a straight line from center to center of two bolt holes sitting directly across from each other.

8-lug bolt patterns are measured in a straight line from center to center of the two bolt holes sitting directly across from each other.
