International Shipping: Import duties, taxes and broker fees are not included in the item or shipping cost. These are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Tracking Information: The tracking information for your order will be uploaded via email. In case you do not receive the tracking information, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Returns:

• Absolutely no returns on custom orders!
• Items must be in new condition and in original packing.
• Test fit wheels before mounting tires. You mount them you own them.
• 35% restocking fee will be applied to shipments that are refused by the consumer.

Refunds and Credits:

• Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to reflect on your account.

Shipping Damages:

• If you receive a damaged item via shipping, we will cover 100% of the cost to exchange your damaged product for a new product. Please contact us within 72 hours after packages have been delivered. Anytime passed 72 hours will not be accepted for shipping damages. We will ship out the new product once we receive the damaged goods. Please keep in mind that these wheels are custom and might take several weeks to build.

Received The Wrong Merchandise?

• If we shipped you the wrong merchandise, we will pay 100% of the costs to get you the right product. Please contact us within 72 hours after receiving the item (delivery confirmation).
