Returns Policy

Absolutely NO returns on custom orders, unless defects or blemishes were caused by Prowheels and overlooked during final inspection of the products.
All defect returns will be reviewed by quality control personnel and any defects or damage not found to be the responsibility of Prowheels will be rejected and returned at the customers expense.
All returned merchandise must have an RMA(Returned Merchandise Authorization) number assigned by Prowheels.
Any collected shipments without an RMA nuber will be refused.
Wheels must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unmounted condition.
If wheels are recieved and show any sign that tires have been installed credit will not be issued.
All orders refused by the consumer for any reason are subject to a restocking charge of up to 35%.

Items will not be warranted if:

Damage occurred during installation.
Damage or defect caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or accident.
Any damage or defect caused by racing, off road use or road hazard impact.
The item was not purchased from an authorized dealer.
Wheels installed with incorrect tire sizes or used with excessive vehicle loads.
Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic cleaning agents or climate conditions.
Tires have been mounted to the wheels.
